But does it use Flash?!

Well, we haven’t been able to find out yet. [Edit: we have confirmed that it does not.] But a similar experimental game, CitiTag, most definitely does. The developers have even provided a tech report for download which describes the software architechture in detail, so if you’re equally brilliant you can roll your own.
