Still strange to target the smaller market first and foremost i.e. people who are going to watch this on an iPod vs those watching in a browser?

		<description>In our case, podcast implies iPod, iTunes and QuickTime -- we initially produce a video that can be downloaded and viewed in iTunes/iPod. You cannot view Flash video on an iPod (yet!)

However, as soon as we have time to re-encode a Flash version of the video, we post that format to our home page, as I noted above. Today's video will go up soon!

We feel it's OK for Flash and QuickTime to coexist on our site. WMV however... ;-)</description>

But the one thing I don't get is why you are using Quicktime and not Flash Video? For me this would have been the obvious choice for a blog about a Flash conference.
